We do not share your creative IP with outside parties unless explicitly required for securing government filming permits in Nepal (and only with your prior consent).

• Project Specifications: Shoot dates, crew size, equipment needs, and location preferences.
• Documentation: Passports and company credentials strictly required for processing Nepal Visas and National Filming Permits.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is utilized strictly for operational purposes:

• To formulate accurate budget estimates and logistical plans.
• To liaise with Nepal’s Ministry of Information and Communications (MOIC) and Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) for permits.
• To arrange local crew, transportation, and accommodation.
